Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne’s husband Thomas Girardi is fighting the claim that his law firm Girardi Keese owes $40,000 to JJ Jackson Consulting. In the latest lawsuit against Girardi, the consulting firm says that Girardi Keese agreed to pay off the debt that their client Ischemia Research and Education Foundation owed to JJ Jackson Consulting. However, Girardi has fired back and says his law firm owes the consulting firm absolutely nothing.

According to The Blast, Girardi Keese hired JJ Jackson Consulting in 2016 to provide services for their client, the Ischemia Research and Education Foundation (IREF). JJ Jackson says that Girardi Keese agreed to pay the debt that the IREF owed for “previously unpaid invoices on the same case, should IREF fail to pay the debt by January 2018.”

JJ Jackson Consulting ended up filing a lawsuit against Girardi Keese in September because they say IREF never paid the bill. And, after multiple requests to Girardi Keese asking them to settle the $40,167.69 bill, JJ Jackson decided to sue the law firm for the unpaid debt plus attorneys fees.

The consulting firm also claims that Girardi responded to them once and said, “I will get this resolved within the next 30 days. This is the first I heard of the bill.”

In his latest filing, Girardi says that his firm did nothing wrong and he is asking the court to toss the lawsuit. He is also asking for JJ Jackson Consulting to pay his legal bills.

Girardi is also facing a lawsuit from lender Stillwell Madison, who says that Girardi and Jayne owe them $3.4 million for an unpaid loan. Stillwell Madison says that they loaned Girardi Keese over $5 million back in 2016, and they agreed to pay it back with profits from the law firm. However, they say Girardi spent the money on his lavish lifestyle instead of paying his debts.

“Mr. Girardi re-directed all or part of the proceeds, to which Stillwell was contractually entitled, to himself and his wife in order to sustain their lavish lifestyle and maintain their glamorous public image,” claimed Stillwell Madison in their lawsuit.

In a third lawsuit, the Law Finance Group sued Girardi Keese after he failed to pay back a $15 million loan on time. They also accused Girardi of funding his high-end lifestyle instead of paying back all of the money he owed. Girardi recently settled that debt with a $3 million payment.

New episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo in 2020.

During a new interview, Kim Kardashian revealed that she is no longer that interested in posting sultry and revealing pics on social media or even dressing sexy in general! Instead, she explained that lately, she has been much more focused on just living in the moment!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians celeb also explained the reason why she’s not very interested in taking sultry pictures anymore.

Kim has been much more experimental when it comes to fashion, focusing on other types of styles that don’t feature revealing looks.

That being said, she admitted that she’s much less interested in that sort of fashion at this point.

So while chatting with Vulture, she discussed her style evolution but also her title as a ‘sex symbol’ and how her departure from revealing ensembles may affect that label.

As for why she’s apparently taking another path, the reality TV star told the publication that she had an ‘awakening.’

When the interviewer noted that she’s been dressing ‘a little less sexy’ she agreed, saying that: ‘I think I have a bit. I do not know if it is the fact that my husband’s voiced that sometimes too sexy’s just overkill and he is not comfortable with that. I listen to him and I understand him. At the end of the day, Kanye gives me the freedom to be and to do what I want. But I have had this awakening myself.’

Kim went on to explain that ‘I realized I could not even just scroll through Instagram in front of my children without nudity coming up on my feed. I mean, one of my most iconic covers was for ‘Paper’ magazine, when I was oiled up and ripping my dress off. I also did think ‘I’m here at the White House and then the very next day I was posting a crazy bikini selfie.’ And I was thinking, ‘I hope they do not see this.’ I have to go back there next week.’

And that is not the only change in her life.

The social media queen admitted that she no longer feels too inclined to share everything in her life online either!

Instead of seeing her outings and vacations as great setups for photoshoots, Kim shared with the publication that now she just wants to live in the moment and enjoy everything she sees and experiences.

Jon Gosselin and the two kids that are in his care, daughter Hannah and son Collin are getting ready for a great Thanksgiving together! That being said, the family of three took off to the Caribbean for an unforgettable holiday vacation.

This great vacation they are about to experience comes amid Jon’s continuous war with their mother, Kate, who has the other six of their kids in her custody.

A decade after their separation, Jon is now legally allowed to talk about Kate publicly and that’s exactly what he’s been doing!

The man slammed the mother of his children, saying she has a Narcissistic disorder and also accusing her of ‘running a military-esque regime.’

‘Hannah had had enough; she was always labeled leader of the pack. She got tired of being the leader of the pack and all of that responsibility. She just wanted to be a kid,’ he previously told DailyMailTV in an interview while discussing the 15 year old’s decision to come live with him instead.

Johnny Depp has settled the $350,000 lawsuit filed by the law firm that used to represent him, Buckley LLP. Both Depp and the law firm have informed the court that they have come to a settlement agreement, and the case will officially be closed in December.

According to The Blast, Depp’s former lawyers at Buckley LLP sued the actor back in May after he allegedly refused to pay his $347,979.89 bill, which included a 10 percent discount. The law firm says that Depp only paid $187,717.39 and promised he would pay the balance he owed. However, Depp never paid them another dime, and Buckley LLP sued the Pirates of the Caribbean star for the unpaid balance.

Depp hired Buckley LLP to represent him in his $30 million lawsuit against his former legal team, Bloom Hergott LLP. In that case, Depp says that his attorneys kept $30 million in commissions without a written agreement allowing them to take a percentage of his income.

Even though Depp eventually settled with Buckley LLP, he had at one point asked the court to dismiss the case because he said he didn’t owe them any more money.

“Defendants further deny that Plaintiff suffered damages as a result of the alleged wrongful conduct of Defendants, and further generally and specifically deny that Plaintiff is entitled to any remedy or relief, legal, equitable, or otherwise, in any sum whatsoever, as against Defendants,” read Depp’s court filing.

Depp argued that his former lawyers were charging him “excessive and unreasonable” rates, which is why the bill was so high. The court refused to throw the case out, and Depp eventually decided it was best to settle.

The 56-year-old actor has been dealing with a ton of legal drama in recent months, as a former crew member has sued him over an alleged assault. In that case, the judge ruled that the plaintiff was not allowed to mention Depp’s ex-wife Amber Heard or his alleged drug use.

And in yet another case,  Johnny Depp is battling Amber Heard in court after he sued her for defamation. Heard has denied all of the allegations Depp has made against her, and she has asked the court to toss the lawsuit.

She ushered the holiday season in with style while wearing a black shirt and skinny jeans, paired with a long, floral Dolce and Gabbana coat. FLOTUS wore a pair of black, Christian Louboutin suede boots with the ensemble and she looked stylish, chic, and elegant. She walked alongside the horse-drawn carriage that carried the tree and then posed for photos before joining her husband, President Donald Trump, in honoring the hero dog Conan who was injured during combat.

One reporter spoke to President Trump and First Lady Melania to have them weigh in on some recent issues. The reporter asked President Trump the following question.

“Do you have confidence in Mick Mulvaney, Mr. President?”

President Trump replied, “Yes, I do.”

Next, the reporter spoke to First Lady Melania and asked her about a pet for her son Barron.

“Melania, do you want to adopt the dog for Barron?” he asked the 49-year-old former model.

To that question, First Lady Melania Trump answered with a resounding, “No.”

Though Melania wants to ensure that the message of Christmas extends from the White House to the nation, she’s making it clear that regardless of how much a hero Conan is, she has no intention of adopting the dog as a pet for 13-year-old Barron Trump.

La La Anthony made a surprise appearance at the American Music Awards and she seemingly impressed everyone with her performance, including none other than Kim Kardashian! The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to her favorite online platform to gush over La La’s great rapping skills, showing her close friend a lot of love and support following the performance.

Furthermore, after the show wrapped up, the BFFs met up and then shared super cute clips featuring the two of them.

Unfortunately, Kim was unable to attend the AMAs since she just had to be at her hubby, Kanye West’s first opera show instead but despite this, she still made sure to support La La’s rap debut.

After the whole thing was over, she spent time with the Power actress and celebrated the performance at her side.

In a clip she posted on IG stories, Kim says: ‘So after the opera, I am here with rapper, queen rapper La La. You guys, I am into this. I’m going to play what happened at the AMAs tonight on my stories right now.’

As she kept updating her followers on the whole thing, La La proceeded to lean her head on Kim’s shoulder. So cute!

Another video had Kim playfully exposing La La by saying that before the show, she needed to calm her nerves by giving her BFF a pep talk!

‘Ok so, I knew that she had this in her but I know that La La was so nervous like seriously nervous that I had to talk to her and hype her up. So, to see what I saw, what I just posted, you’re so amazing. I am so proud of you, you did so good, you were amazing. How amazing was La La? The Real Housewives of Atlanta diva Porsha Williams made it clear she gets fierce when people comment on her private life when she jumped on the co-hostess of The Real,” Loni Love, after the latest episode of the show aired.

Tamar Braxton made sure to post a few “looking you” emojis. Loni discussed the relationship between Porsha and her fiancée, Dennis McKinley, with one of the other co-hosts of the show, Adrienne Ballon.

The celebrity couple made the news earlier this year when they separated in June but got back together after a few weeks.

The supposed reason for the split was the ongoing rumor that Dennis was unfaithful to Porsha, who gave birth to a baby daughter in March.

During the episode, the 36-year-old Adrienne stated that even though she was not trying to be judgmental about Porsha’s decisions in life, she still did not understand them.

Adrienne’s co-hostess replied that the reality star was trying to get that show.

The singer said: “I couldn’t do it, but I’m not going to judge someone else for the way they choose to live their life or decisions she’s going to make. I don’t understand it.”

Loni added: “Let me tell you something, Porsha trying to get that reality show.”

Loni’s comment angered Porsha so much that on the next day, she shared a video of the conversation on her Instagram page with the threatening caption: “B***h F You! #FakeA$s Don’t run smiling when I see you”.

Loni quickly tried to fix the situation by commenting that she did not mean anything bad when she said those things and that her statement was a light-hearted one.

The co-cost also expressed a hope that Porsha gets the show. The words exchange between the Loni and Porsha sparked a heated discussion between the followers of the two, as some said Loni was a hater, and others insisted that Porsha should take down the footage.

Since then, it seems that Porsha accepted the explanation and deleted her post from Instagram and is now focusing on her baby daughter, Pilar Jhena.

She posted a few sweet photos, and one fan told her:

“I remember enjoying my daughter like that when she was a baby. She’s 29 years old now and still my baby. Enjoy your time with her, and keep cherishing the moments. They grow up so fast.”

The singer couple went home with the award for Collaboration of the Year, their ‘Senorita’ winning against other amazing collabs such as Post Malone and Swae Lee’s Sunflower, Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus’s Old Town Road and Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s Shallow!

Maybe their real life romance and chemistry was what helped them secure that victory!

After all, the song has been playing everywhere at all times, ever since it was released!

Joycelyn Savage, mostly known as being one of R&B star R. Kelly’s girlfriends, switched sides and made a lengthy confession about how she was manipulated and controlled by the 52-year-old music star.

The 24-year-old created her Patreon page, and in her first post, she talked about her experience with Kelly.

According to Savage, she met Kelly when she was 19, and she agreed to become his girlfriend in exchange for presents, cash, luxurious vacations, and an opportunity for a music career.

However, the singer’s behavior soon changed for the worse as he started to require for Savage to call him “Daddy” or “Master” when speaking to him.

Savage also claimed that Kelly manipulated everyone around him, and people usually agreed with the star because they were staying around for the money.

In her post, she described that while with Kelly, she lacked privacy all the time, as there was always an assistant following her in his house, and even when she was at the shower, someone would usually stand by the door.

As for her reasoning why she stayed in a relationship with such a controlling man, Savage explained that every time she wanted to argue with him or contact her family, Kelly would threaten her with ending the chance for her music career.

Savage’s accusations towards the R&B performer came as a surprise for many people because before her post, she used to be on Kelly’s side and even has appeared in an interview with the singer’s other girlfriend, Azriel Clary, and the two women passionately defended their man, saying everything said against him was a lie.

Savage is also slamming Drake for trying to reach out to her.

Meanwhile, her sister, Jailyn Savage, jumped on Instagram Live to say there is a possibility that perhaps someone else is publishing the wild stories for money, and it is not Joycelyn.

She said: “I’ve been receiving a lot of messages regarding my sister’s situation. So, I’m not sure, but usually, when someone comes out and speaks something like that or say their life is in danger, they will contact their family. So, I’m praying to God that this is not what I think it is: somebody just trying to get a check off of my sister’s situation. I really pray to God that’s not the case. But I just wanted to make sure everybody knows what’s going on [with] me and my family’s aspect of this situation. We are just as clueless as everybody else.”

She added: “I’m reading the stories, and some of it sounds like it could be her, but she’s making all of these slick remarks to different types of celebrities and stuff, and it just does not sound like my sister. It sounds like someone is joking to me. It does not sound genuinely like my sister’s situation. So I just wanted to make sure that I clarify that.”

This situation could get messier.
