Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have responded to reports Homeland Security raided their Arkansas home.

On Tuesday, news broke Homeland Security was allegedly at the Tontitown, Arkansas compound the Duggar’s call home. KNWA, a local NBC affiliate in the area, was the first to report the news.

The affiliate shared a Homeland Security spokesperson who said, “pursuant to an on-going federal criminal investigation”  was the reason. KNWA did not disclose the nature of the investigation. The U.S. District Attorney for Western Arkansas had no comment on the topic.

20-year-old Jedidiah Duggar, who is running for Arkansas State Representative, spoke to KNWA. He denied knowing anything regarding a Federal investigation into his family.

“I don’t live there, and I am not aware of any investigation,” Jedidiah shred with the affiliate.

Not long after the Duggar family story was blowing up the Internet, Jim Bob and Michelle released a joint statement. They used the family’s website to deny all accusations Homeland Security was at their home.

“We were shocked to see a news report today state that our home was raided by federal law enforcement agencies. This is not true. To the best of our knowledge, it’s also not true that any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind. Living a life in the public’s eye has taught us that it is best not to reply to every rumor and piece of ‘fake news’ that is circulated online. It would be a full-time job if we attempted to do so. However, because of tonight’s media coverage, we thought it is important to address this rumor with you. Thank you for the love and support that we can always count on in you our fans and friends,” the 19 and Counting stars wrote.

Earlier this week, rumors began running ramped that the Duggar’s oldest disgraced son, Josh was the subject of an investigation. Neither the FBI nor Homeland Security has responded to those reports.

It has been quite a few days for the reality TV family. Despite claims, Homeland Security has raided their Arkansas compound, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have denied there is any truth to the reports.

The family is no stranger to scrutiny. Josh’s sex addiction, cheating, and molestation of his sisters led to the cancellation of the family’s TLC show. Their conservative and religious beliefs have also put Duggar’s in the line of fire.

The fallout from Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard’s fight during filming of the Real Housewives of Potomac has become public. Castmates Gizelle Bryant and Ashley Darby were asked about the drama at Bravocon.

Ashley Darby was allegedly not at the location at the time the physical altercation occurred. However, she says that it’s ‘crazy’ after getting a play by play

‘When you see how and why, it’s very — it’s crazy. Obviously I don’t want to see anything go down that’s controversial or physical between my friends, but it is what it is, and the way that it happened, unfortunately I didn’t see everything in the way it happened, so I don’t know all the details.’

She says that she will be watching along with viewers.

Meanwhile, Gizelle was there to witness everything firsthand.

‘I was actually there, so I was super duper hurt, I was very sad. “I felt like we’re better than this and this is really, really unnecessary. We are going to see it play out and I’m curious to see how it does play out. But always feel like we, as women, especially as black women, we are better than anything physical.’

This comes after it was reported that Monique and Candiace got into it during a dinner. Dillard allegedly threw a drink in Samuels’ face causing her to drag her.

The Howard graduate filed a second-degree assault complaint last week which the mommy blogger countered with her own complaint. They are due in court the same day.

Recently, Candiace accused Monique of pulling strings to block her gig of singing the National Anthem at a sports game.

The ironic thing here is that it’s being said that Monique has been alienated from the cast with the exception of Ashley but Bryant claims to be ‘sad’ about both of the ladies.

Prince Andrew has decided to take a step back from his royal duties. The news comes days after he gave an interview to BBC discussing his past friendship with the late accused sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein aired

The Duke of York shared the news earlier today in an official statement that was released by Buckingham Palace.

“It has become clear to me over the last few days that the circumstances relating to my former association with Jeffrey Epstein has become a major disruption to my family’s work and the valuable work going on in the many organizations and charities that I am proud to support,” began Prince Andrew’s message to the public.

Queen Elizabeth’s second son went on to apologize for his friendship with Epstein. He also expressed his remorse and sympathy for anyone hurt by Epstein’s actions.

“I continue to unequivocally regret my ill-judged association with Jeffrey Epstein. His suicide has left many unanswered questions, particularly for his victims, and I deeply sympathize with everyone who has been affected and wants some form of closure. I can only hope that, in time, they will be able to rebuild their lives. Of course, I am willing to help any appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations, if required,” he concluded his statement.

Prince Andrew sat down with BBC at Buckingham Palace that aired last Saturday. He denied having ever slept with any of Epstein’s alleged sex slaves. One woman has accused the prince of sleeping with her when she was only 17 years old.

“I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady, none whatsoever,” the Duke of York shared with reporter Emily Maitlis.

The prince also admitted during the interview it was a mistake for him to stay friends with Epstein following his conviction of sex crimes in Florida in 2008.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre alleged she was groomed by Epstein and his associates to sexually service him, as well as his powerful friends. She insists Prince Andrew slept with her three times when she was a minor. Roberts claims the encounters occurred in New York, U.S Virgin Islands, and London.

Prince Andrew is stepping away from his royal duties amid the fallout of his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. He has decided his past friendship is disrupting what is important work his family is doing. The Duke of York does not want any of the crucial work the Royals due to be diminished by his bad judgment.

The last season of Basketball Wives caused controversy for something it never has before: colorism. Kristen Scott recently completed a podcast interview where she gave her honest opinion.

OG Chijindu got into multiple arguments with the women of the cast. She was forced to sit out the final lunch during filming and tape the reunion show in a separate area because she was deemed ‘too aggressive.’

Because many of the women on the show have a history of violence, viewers and OG felt that she was treated differently due to the color of her skin.

Shaunie O’Neal and Evelyn Lozada are of a lighter skin tone but Kristen, who is of a darker tone, also didn’t get along with the former football player.

While speaking on Melyssa Ford’s podcast called I’m Here for the Food, Scott explained: ‘For me, I’m clearly the same damn color. I mean, I feel like I’m the same color as OG. I’m not getting that treatment so it’s hard for me to agree that it’s because of her skin color. It makes it very difficult for me to agree that this is colorism when I’m the same color.’

She went on to say that the issue may have actually been bullying.

‘It looks like mean girls, it looks like bullying — I hate using that for grown a– women but that’s the word that gets thrown around. I get it. Do I think that things happened unintentionally that we do? Yeah. When you look back at yourself I’m sure you’re like ‘F***, that’s not what I meant to do,’ but [Evelyn and Shaunie are] two grown a– women that I can’t speak for. I can only speak for me and what I had with [OG]. I have done a lot of apologizing for a lot of my bad behavior on this show. You saw and you haven’t. I really tried to be somebody who owns my sh-t, I really do. When you watch OG and she says, ‘I don’t regret anything,’ there’s no accountability.’

She went on to say that she does regret how OG was treated.

Brad Pitt can’t shake the rumors he is dating Alia Shawkat. The two were spotted out together again recently, sparking a new round of speculation they are more than friends.

Over the weekend Pitt and Shawkat spent some time at an art gallery. The 55-year-old actor and 30-year-old actress have reportedly been caught together on several outings in the past few weeks.

However, those hoping Pitt has moved on from ex-wife Angelina Jolie will be disappointed. A source close to the Hollywood hunk insists the two are nothing more than friends. The time Pitt spends with the Arrested Development starlet is purely platonic.

“They’ve spent time together and have similar interests, but that’s the extent of it. They are not a couple and there’s nothing romantic going on. Brad has different friends in different walks of life and this is one of them. He enjoys being social with friends,” a source close to Pitt revealed to E! News.

She captured several shots of the famous stars, as well as others in their group on social media. Pitt and Shawkat, as well as their friends, appear to be having a great time at the gallery.

Ever since his marriage from Jolie went bust, fans have been keeping a close eye on who the heartthrob dates next. Shawkat is the latest female to be linked with Pitt. In all honesty, any female spotted in the presence of Pitt becomes his next possible love connection.

Neither Shawkat nor Pitt have commented on the several rumors they are a couple. The silence is not surprising considering how private the father of six is when it comes to his personal life.
