If you thought Mariah Carey lost her whistle register, shame on you for your blasphemy! The goddess of all things R&B has certainly not lost her whistle register and is here to remind you that she is the queen. Mariah is celebrating the 25th anniversary of her top holiday album Merry Christmas and in addition to the original album, she’s included several remixes, special performances of some of her favorite songs from the album, and opens and closes the second disk with a Sugar Plum Fairy rendition that will blow you away.

Mariah Carey has been a part of Christmas celebrations around the world since releasing her album in 1994. The single “All I Want For Christmas Is You” is one of the most played secular songs during the holiday. Many of the Christmas carols and hymns that Mariah included on the album aren’t just played in people’s homes but are sung in churches as well.

Written by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky for the ballet The Nutcracker in 1892, the Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy is one of the most recognized Christmas songs of all time. This year, listeners can hear Mariah Carey’s amazing version as she first performs the song on her album Merry Christmas (Deluxe Anniversary Edition) and then ends the collection of Christmas tunes with the song acapella.

The first song on the second disk is the “Sugar Plum Fairy Introlude” and it is only 44 seconds long, but it is worth every millisecond for Mariah’s fans.

Mariah Carey understands how much her fans love to hear her whistle register. Mariah remains in the Guinness Book of World Records for having the most number-one singles by a solo artist. She has an incredible five-octave range and at one point was rumored to be the Guinness record holder for widest range. That record now goes to Brazilian singer Georgia Brown who has a proven eight-octave range. But Mariah has nothing to worry about. Her fans still know she’s their queen songbird.

The final season of Fuller House will premiere on Netflix soon, but a familiar face won’t be a part of it. Lori Loughlin – who played Aunt Becky for eight seasons on the original Full House and four seasons on Fuller House – did not return to the show after she was charged in the Operation Varsity Blues college admissions scandal, but her co-star Andrea Barber says she “should have been there” for the finale.

While speaking with People Now, Barber said that Loughlin’s absence from the fifth and final season was really sad, and everyone could feel her absence.

“It just felt like there was a hole in the whole season but also in that final episode,” said the 43-year-old actress who stars as Kimmy Gibbler. “She should’ve been there, and I’m sorry that she wasn’t.”

Barber says that Loughlin is one of the sweetest, kindest, and most down-to-earth people she has ever met, and she loves her unconditionally. She revealed that she still keeps in touch with Loughlin, and she says that her former co-star is doing as good as she possible, even though she is facing years in prison.

“She’s just a sweetheart, and she’ll always be family to me,” said Barber.

It’s not clear what the fate of Aunt Becky’s character is during the final season, but they did write her off after federal prosecutors charged Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli with conspiracy to commit federal programs bribery, money laundering conspiracy, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud.

Loughlin and Giannulli allegedly paid William Singer $500,000 to get their daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose priority admission to the University of Southern California as members of the crew team, even though neither of them participated in the sport.

The couple has pleaded not guilty to the charges against them, and they are waiting for their day in court. If convicted, the couple could be sentenced to up to 50 years in prison. Their trial is expected to begin next year.

The final season of Fuller House will feature 18 episodes, and the first half of the season is expected to be available for streaming on Netflix in December 2019. And, the second half of the season will most likely be released in the summer of 2020. And, Andrea Barber’s new memoir Full Circle: From Hollywood to Real Life and Back Again is now available in bookstores.

Now that his ten years long gag order is finally over, Jon Gosselin is free to reveal all details of his legal war with the mother of his eight children, Kate Gosselin, and that’s exactly what he’s been doing! As you may know, the former Jon and Kate Plus Eight stars share 15-year-old sextuplets, as well as 19-year-old twins and, have been fighting over their custody for many years.

While on the Dr. Oz Show, Jon did not hold anything back, revealing, among other details, his belief that his ex’s ‘system is skewed’ as far as parenting their young ones is concerned.

‘I believe her intentions, in the very beginning, were good. Bringing kids into the world she fought to have. But I think that once fame and money got involved, it twisted her belief system. On my end, I have been fighting to get my kids off TV forever,’ Jon explained on the show which also marked his first time publicly talking about his ex and their family in the last ten years.

The discussion focused a lot on his son, Collin, who currently lives with him after leaving a program for children with special needs that his mother sent him to.

Speaking of, Jon revealed that she took this decision without his knowledge and that led to the poor boy being practically ‘caged’ for two years, time during which his mother only visited him three times!

The man then claimed Kate suffers from a narcissistic personality disorder, which is to blame for their kids’ developmental issues: ‘She wants to be right, everything she says, she wants to be right. So if she lies, she also wants them to believe her lies.’

Finally, Jon explained his theory that this need of Kate to always be right caused their son Collin to be  ‘wrongly institutionalized. Kate, institutionalized him without a proper diagnosis, which created a diagnosis… Just because he was a difficult child, doesn’t mean he had to be sent away. It took me 2 years to find him.’
