According to a report from Vanity Fair, during Harry Styles’ appearence on Saturday Night Live last night, the star was there as not only a host but also as a musical guest. Reportedly, he is the 33rd artist to act as host and performer, joining a long list of other artists including Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift, Willie Nelson, and others.

As part of his opening speech, Harry, who was playing the piano at the same time, stated that he was no longer in a “boy band,” but in a “man band.” Although, he did shout out to One Direction and stated that he “loved those guys.”

Harry added they were all his brothers, naming each other member aloud until he finally got to the fourth, and said “Ringo!” instead. When Harry made the joke, everyone in the crowd “wooed” at him. As a consequence of the joke, many people online took it very seriously, with some people joining Zayn’s team and others for Harry.

As fans of the band know, the supposed chasm between members of One Direction began when Zayn Malik left in 2015. For the most part, Harry has stayed out of the conflict – at least in the public’s eye – however, last night, he chose to enter it.

Ironically, the joke was kind of a misfire in the sense that it was actually Paul McCartney who left The Beatles first, rather than Ringo Starr. Additionally, musical historians say that everyone in the band actually liked Mr. Starr.

For instance, Ringo appeared on all of their solo albums, including George Harrison’s All Things Must Pass, as well as Plastic Ono Band from John and Yoko. Paul McCartney made an appearence on Ringo’s album as well, Sentimental Journey.

Furthermore, Vanity Fair reports, Ringo even engaged in a session for Yoko Ono’s record, Fly. Whether or not Harry’s musical history is on point, people on social media took his comments to heart.

This is the closest thing to an endorsement that Joe Biden will get from Barack Obama during the primaries.

This week, the former President spoke about the 2020 Democratic presidential hopefuls and gave them some interesting advice that might help them with moderate Democrats and independents and even some Republicans.

While not mentioning any names, it appears that Obama was warning Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren to stop promising to “tear down the system.”

Obama had the following to say at the Democracy Alliance: “The average American doesn’t think we have to completely tear down the system and remake it. And I think it’s important for us not to lose sight of that. There are a lot of persuadable voters, and there are a lot of Democrats out there who just want to see things make sense. They just don’t want to see crazy stuff. They want to see things a little more fair; they want to see things a little more just. And how we approach that I think will be important.”

Obama was being interviewed by Stacey Abrams, who is rumored to be Biden’s top pick for vice president.

Many believe that Obama decided to speak up after Sanders and Warren, who unveiled what many are calling unrealistic plans on immigration and Medicare that will cost several trillions of dollars to taxpayers.

Obama shared: “Even as we push the envelope and we are bold in our vision, we also have to be rooted in reality and the fact that voters, including the Democratic voters and certainly persuadable independents or even moderate Republicans, are not driven by the same views that are reflected on certain, you know, left-leaning Twitter feeds.”

The new comments come weeks after Obama told other Democrats to calm down with their obsessions with ideological purity tests.

The author and former senator from Illinois stated: “This idea of purity and you’re never compromised and you’re always politically woke, and all that stuff, you should get over that quickly. The world is messy. There are ambiguities. People who do really good stuff have flaws. People who you are fighting may love their kids, and share certain things with you.”

The picture comes as rumors circulated online that Emily and Sebastian may have been having marriage problems. The origins of the rumors seemed to have begun when Emily posted some pictures on Instagram then deleted them. Though it’s impossible to tell what is really going on in a person’s life based on the pictures they post on social media, many fans were concerned that Emily deleted the pictures because there was trouble between herself and Sebastian.

Not only did Emily share a photo of Sebastian and herself snuggling up against each other, but they were also wearing matching sweatshirts. If Emily and Sebastian wanted to send a message to the naysayers that they were still a couple in love, they succeeded.

Emily and Sebastian will celebrate their second-year anniversary in February 2020. They surprised everyone with a courthouse wedding and many people questioned why they chose to get married so quickly.

So far, it seems there aren’t any obvious problems in Sebastian’s and Emily’s marriage and the couple seems very much in love when they are seen together out in public.

Emily and Sebastian made a public appearance at Kendall Jenner’s Halloween/Birthday party and the couple often travels between New York and Los Angeles.

According to a report from Billboard.com, Luke Combs new record was a huge hit on the Billboard 200, becoming one of the highest-charting country records in a year. The country music artist went to number one on the Billboard 200 with his brand new LP, What You See Is What You Get.

Reported by Nielsen Music, the outlet claims that Combs’ album launched 172,000 album units in the United States alone in the week ending on the 14th of November. Among those numbers included 109,000 actual album sales.

Not only was it Combs’ first album to hit the number one ranking, but, as it was noted above, it was also the highest-charting country record in over a year. Additionally, it’s the biggest streaming week ever for a country record. The Billboard 200 includes album sales, streaming, radio play, and other metrics.

According to Billboard, of the 172,000 album units sold, 109,000 were actual album sales, and the TEA units and SEA units equaled a total of 58,000, which translates to approximately 74 million streams for the album’s seventeen songs.

As it was previously reported, country music has had a great year in 2019 following the resurgence in interest sparked by the hit of the summer, “Old Town Road,” from Lil Nas X featuring the country legend, Billy Ray Cyrus.

The song sparked controversy among industry figures on account of the fact that pinpointing the song’s genre was disputed among many individuals. For instance, it was hard to determine whether or not the song should go up for an award at the Country Music Awards.

Regardless, it was a good year as well for Mr. Combs, the 29-year-old country music star hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina. Thus far, the artist has released two albums for Columbia Nashville, and five singles have come from them, including “Beautiful Crazy,” “She Got The Best Of Me,” “One Number Away,” and “When It Rains It Pours.” He just released, “Beer Never Broke My Heart.”

His first record, This One’s For You, came out on the 2nd of June in 2017 and went to number one on the Country Music album charts.
