Sarah Palin opened up to Christian broadcaster Dr. James Dobson from Focus on the Family in a lengthy interview where she spoke about her nasty divorce proceedings with husband Todd Palin. The former Alaska governor and vice-presidential candidate revealed the shocking news that Todd, her husband of 31 years didn’t even speak to her directly about wanting a divorce. Sarah Palin said that on June 19, 2019, she received an email from Todd’s lawyer who notified her about Todd’s intentions.

It wasn’t until September 6, on what was Todd’s 55th birthday, that Sarah Palin was actually served with divorce papers. To think that Todd chose his birthday to file for divorce has made many question whether he thought divorce was the best birthday present he could give himself.

Dr. Dobson remarked that Todd Palin didn’t even tell Sarah about his intentions. Sarah Palin explained as follows.

“I did. I found out from an email from an attorney saying that she was hired and that was on June 19th, I’ll never forget it. Then on Todd’s birthday, a week after our 31st anniversary is when he filed, yeah. Oh, yeah. It’s not easy to talk about.“

In the second portion of the interview, Sarah Palin spoke specifically about Todd filing for divorce.

Sarah Palin is definitely going through a hard and difficult time. She said that she is devastated and feels as if she has been shot.

Divorce is always difficult but for many, it comes with a warning. Sarah Palin had no warning this was coming and it happened close to her anniversary and at a time where she would have been prepared for her husband’s birthday celebration.

There are also reports that Sarah is trying to save her marriage and that she and Todd are open to counseling. Sarah made it clear that she believes it is God’s will for families to stay together and that she doesn’t want the divorce to proceed.

Eminem is a huge fan of controversies — if anything, the famous rapper thrives on them.

Recently, the Detroit MC found himself embroiled in a rather nasty scandal involving Rihanna and her ex-boyfriend and abuser, Chris Brown.

A song has leaked where Eminem applauded Chris for beating Rihanna in early 2009. The rapper recorded the infamous song as he was working on his album, Relapse.

A portion of the controversial verses was included in “Things Get Worse” from B.o.B’s 2011 mixtape E.P.I.C. (Every Play Is Crucial).

In it, the artist said: “I’m not playing, Rihanna, where’d you get the V.D. at? Let me add my two cents/, Of course, I side with Chris Brown/I’d beat a b*tch down, too if she gave my d*ck an itch now.”

Eminem has been bashed for the lyrics and via his representative, Dennis Dennehy, he has reacted.

Dennehy said the following in a statement: “This is a leak of something that’s over ten years old. After Eminem recorded it, he scrapped it and rewrote it. He and Rihanna have a great relationship.”

Eminem and Rihanna did go on to collaborate on several hit songs, including the 2010 track “Love the Way You Lie,” as well as 2012’s “Numb” and 2013’s “The Monster.”

The Eminem drama comes after Rihanna announced that she is taking a break after having an overwhelming year.

The singer wrote: “To all my friends/family/coworkers who I have yet to get back to in the past months…please forgive me. This year has been quite an overwhelming one, and I’m working on that ish called Balance. brb.”

One fan showed support by writing: “Mental health is everything, so take your time sis. It causes you to become overwhelmed and stressed depending on how you handle situations, so it does in a way. Everything revolves around your mental health.”

Another commenter wrote: “if she gonna lose them just because she wants a time to work on her mental health, then let her lose them if this was the case they aren’t real fans smh real fans who love you will sport you.”

This follower revealed: “Take ya time, hunny, 😝🤸🏽‍♂️ we rooting for you take your time! We’re here when you need us! 😘 I understand 💯. We all forget balance at some point.”

RiRi is a strong woman and her fans believe in her.

The Duchess had a little accident but she still managed to save it pretty well. Kate Middleton was in attendance at a charity event in London when she tripped as she was getting into her car.

Kate was very lucky to have her husband and ‘knight in shining armor,’ Prince William by her side as he was able to catch her just in time.

It was a quick one but Daily Mail was able to catch it on camera and report about it.

While Kate could have really fallen and hit the pavement, it was William who was quick to reach out a hand and support her before anything worse could have happened.

It appears that the reason why she nearly tripped was her footwear!

The Duchess was rocking some gorgeous black block heels but one of them almost came off as she was walking.

Quickly recovering, Kate shot a smile at her hubby before they both took cover in the car.

Of course, this was not a huge crisis compared to the scary storm they previously experienced while en route to the capital of Pakistan.

Because of the natural disaster, their plane’s pilot had no choice but return to the city of Lahore.

Landing at the destination, the Pakistani Royal Air Force Base, was not safe but thankfully, the turnaround was.

People magazine’s chief foreign correspondent Simon Perry, who was also traveling with the royal couple reported that ‘A terrifying electrical storm hit as we tried to land at Islamabad. Lightning seemed to be crashing around the right wing. Despite the best efforts of the pilot William and Kate’s RAF Voyager plane, we couldn’t land there.’
